About Us

Shotover Productions was established in 2009 by Michael Gribbin following his move to Sydney. Since 1996, Michael has worked in the TV industry in Britain and Australia and filmed, edited and produced programs for networks including; Channel 4 Television, Channel 5, Sky Sports, CNBC and Network Ten in Australia.

Based on Sydney’s North Shore, we offer a wide range of production services to meet both small and large scale productions. Our work ranges from directing live events, producing and filming documentaries, corporate films, sports and News programs and supplying production crews and HD Wireless camera links to clients.  Below is a recent production we shot for The Australian Ballet.

Throughout 2017, Shotover Productions was involved in a huge array of productions around the world. Recently, we  worked with Sunset + Vine directing the ISAF Sailing World Cup in Melbourne, filming the XCAT World Series in Fujairah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi & The Gold Coast and directing the global coverage of  The Extreme Sailing Series for RedHanded Television. Michael also filmed the official documentary on the  Rolex Sydney to Hobart Race for IMG and worked with BT Sport on the coverage of the 2017 / 2018 Ashes Series.

For the 2018 NRL season, we have again been commissioned to supply an HD Wireless camera solution for the Wests Tigers. Using our Boxx Meridian system, we can transmit a live HD feed with zero latency from camera to the large screens at ANZ Stadium, Leichardt Oval and Campbelltown. We have also been working with Live Nation for all the Mister Maker Live events across Australia and New Zealand.
